ITU-T P.1204.3 Reference Implementation

This project offers an open-source reference implementation of the ITU-T P.1204.3 standard, a bitstream-based short-term video quality prediction model. It estimates video quality scores on a segment level using full bitstream data, aiding in the assessment of video quality.
