xpsnr (Fraunhofer HHI)

Description

FFmpeg filter plug-in from Fraunhofer HHI implementing XPSNR, a perceptually weighted PSNR that weights block error by local visual sensitivity.

xpsnr (Fraunhofer HHI) is cataloged in Media Tools and VMAF PSNR SSIM Tools.
